My book is out!

Hi all,

Finally! I've finished and published my book 'Deadly Mysteries'. In this book is the beginning of my 'Dani' series and the story is called 'Portrait of Death'. Dani is a young, proficient, artist who has learned to deal with tragedy at a very young age, and her works are representational of her challenges. Soon she faces more danger in her desperate efforts to save a friend from an unknown murderer, who has targeted Alicia (Dani's friend) as his next victim. A killer, who displays a penchant to torture his female victims in a most brutal way, before he kills them. Information on this book can be found at http://shortstoryfiction.net/id12.html

This book is in progress and will be published in 2011.

Hi all,

My first blog and I thought I would start with my writing. I've been writing for about six years. I've always thought that I liked single short stories, but now I've changed my mind. My first book was an anthology of crime stories featuring 'Detective Colter', a character I was exceedingly fond of. My second book is now available in electronic form 'An anthology of Deadly Mysteries' and soon to be released in paperback, ' Deadly Mysteries'.

In the last two years, however, I've been developing a character I would like to serialize. Her name is Danielle or Dani as she likes to be called. She is young, petite and a talented artist, a young woman with visions, literally. A gift she considers a curse more than anything. At the tender age of ten, she had her first and only vision. One that would change her life, forever. It was the death of her parents. It's only recently, that these sinister visions returned, but that is not her only gift there is one more, one that will complicate her life even more.

In developing Dani's character, I've delved into my own life as a young woman. A life full of stress and considerable challenges, being the middle child of seven children, and makes for fertile ground and a literal bank of ideas.

I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to write about their projects and themselves
